    Tarbet - Fantastic

Tibet GTX. This is my second pair, bought a new pair for the Dusky Sound Track for Nov 2020. 8 days of 9.5hr average walking on the track with approx. 25kg pack. They were a pleasure to wear, support and protection of ankles and achilles was great. As soon as I put them on in the morning I felt solid and confident for the day, so comfortable. Spent 3 days with complete wet feet with no blisters, nor slipping of socks. They held up to the rocks, tree roots, river/stream crossings and consistent mud. I absolutely love them. Cleaned and conditioned them when home, looking pretty much as new, which is amazing considering the punishment they went through on the most hardest and rugged track in NZ. A great boot. Thank you Lowa.

Best boots I have ever owned

Have had the Lowa Tibets GTX now for about six weeks. In that time I have spent ten days hunting and tramping in them and feels like I have worn them for years. From the moment I put them on in the store they were super comfy and have stayed like that each time I have worn them. Spent three days in them doing a trip in the Humbolt Range with a climb of Bold Peak with majority of time spent in the snow and in crampons. They worked a treat, always had toasty warm toes and worked super with the strap on crampons. So far they have lived up to the good reputation I have come to know of the Lowa Tibet, my only regret is I wish I had purchased them many years ago :)
