The popularity of these thermoboots lies in the high standard of their construction, which incorporates 1.8mm - 2.0mm thick full-grain leather uppers along with board lasted upper-cemented soles.

These are in turn complemented by the LOWA Ranger’s lining, which combines GORE-TEX® and 200g Primaloft® technology to provide an effective waterproof barrier that is also windproof, breathable and well insulated. What’s more, these combat boots also benefit from Vibram® "MVS" soles.

These cushioned rubber soles boast an impressive level of stability and utilise a special stud configuration that has been specifically created to tolerate roll-through movements and pushing off.
