Can I track my order?

Yes, you can track your order, when you checkout you'll be given a tracking code that you can hold on to and check where your boots are at the whole time you're waiting.

How long is my warranty?

Your LOWA boots are warranted to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.

My boots have arrived but is there a reason why my care products have not arrived or weren’t in the same package?

They are unable to come in the same package as the boots, so will still be on their way but in a different package 😊 let us know if they haven't arrived in a couple of days.
